The Weeknd in Seoul Is Sold Out: Goyang Stadium Seats, Prices, and the Three Shows in Nine Days
If you are flying to Korea for The Weeknd, start with the part nobody tells you: the show is at Goyang Stadium, which is not in Seoul. It is in Goyang, north-west of the city, and it is the same stadium that hosts two other overseas headliners in the same nine days.
If you searched the weeknd seoul sold out and landed here, the answer is yes. General sale went in 35 minutes back in May 2026. This page is not about how to buy them, because you cannot. It is about the two things you can still act on: what the nine price tiers actually mean, and how to reach the stadium.
Every number below was read from the Korean national performance register (KOPIS) and from the sell-out report, on 7 September 2026.

This is his first Korean show in eight years. He last played here in 2018.
How fast did it sell out?
Fast enough that the number is the story.

What is left is returned tickets - seats released when someone cancels. Korean ticket agents put those back on sale rather than voiding them.
We could not find an official notice saying when returns are released, or how many. Pages that state an exact hour are guessing. What we can tell you is the practical part: returns move in seconds, so if you do not already know which tier you want, you will lose the seat while you are reading the map.
The Weeknd Seoul ticket price: nine tiers, and standing is not the cheap one
The Weeknd's Seoul show has seven reserved tiers, plus standing, plus a standing early entry package - nine in total. They run from 145,000 won ≈$105 to 469,000 won ≈$339.

The two tiers left out of that table are the standing ones. Standing is 189,000 won ≈$136, and the standing early entry package is 469,000 won ≈$339.
Read those together and the odd part shows up: standing at 189,000 won ≈$136 costs more than reserved A, B, C and D. Four seated tiers are cheaper than standing on the floor.
If you assumed standing is the budget option because it has no seat, that assumption costs you money here. The cheapest way into this show is reserved D at 145,000 won ≈$105, and the gap between it and the standing early entry package is 3.2 times.
What we could not confirm
Three things, and we are leaving them out rather than guessing.
- Total capacity. Goyang stadium capacity is the one number we refuse to state. The operator's official facility page lists a stand area of 16,406 square metres but no seat count. Public sources disagree - one says 41,311, another says 43,000. We are not picking one.
- Which sections each tier maps to. If you are looking for a the weeknd seoul seat map or a goyang stadium seat map, we could not verify an official one, so we are not drawing it. The NOL Universe product page is where the real chart lives.
- Shuttle buses for this show. Goyang runs temporary shuttles on big event days as a general policy, but we found no official notice for these two dates.
We also will not rate the sightlines. We have not sat in those seats.
Getting to Goyang Stadium
The road address is Jungang-ro 1601, Goyang, Gyeonggi-do. In Korean, that is 경기도 고양시 중앙로 1601.
Use the road address, not the district name. While cross-checking we found that two official sources disagree on the district: the operator's own facility page says Ilsandong-gu, while Naver's place listing says Ilsanseo-gu. The road number is identical in both. Korean taxi apps and navigation take the road address cleanly, so that is the one to paste.
The show starts at 19:45 on a Wednesday and a Thursday, which means you are travelling out of Seoul in evening traffic. Give yourself more time than a map app suggests, and check the ticket agent's notice page during show week for transport updates.
Before you travel: a short checklist
- Photo ID. This show is 19 and over, and the age limit is enforced at entry.
- The road address, saved offline. Jungang-ro 1601, Goyang - district names disagree between sources, the road number does not.
- Your tier decided in advance. Returned tickets move in seconds and you will not have time to read a seating chart.
- Extra travel time. A 19:45 midweek start means leaving Seoul in evening traffic.
- The agent's notice page, checked during show week. Shuttle arrangements for these dates were not published when we checked.

Three overseas headliners at the same address inside nine days. If you are booking a hotel near the venue, look at all three dates, not only your own - demand around Goyang spikes three separate times that week.
Note the age limits differ. Post Malone and The Weeknd are 19 and over. Charlie Puth is 12 and over, so it is the one of the three a younger fan can attend.
