Interpark (NOL) Cancelled Ticket Release: When Sold-Out Korean Concert Tickets Come Back

If you searched interpark cancelled ticket release, you already know the sold-out screen. Here is the part that is hard to find in English: for shows sold through NOL, the dates when cancelling gets more expensive are calculable. The agent charges a cancellation fee that rises on a fixed schedule, so the people who cannot go have a hard reason to cancel before each step.

Note that this tells you which nights returns are likely, not when NOL puts them back on sale. Nobody publishes that, and this page will not pretend otherwise.

Everything below was read from official pages on 2026-09-08. Where something is not published anywhere, this page says so instead of guessing.

First, is NOL the same thing as Interpark?

Yes. Interpark Ticket is now branded NOL Ticket and lives at nol.yanolja.com. Old Interpark ticket links still resolve, and the official cancellation-fee notice is still hosted on the interpark.com domain. If a Korean fan tells you to book on Interpark and the site says NOL, you are in the right place.

The fee ladder that creates the release dates

According to the official cancellation notice and the product pages that quote it, a concert booking is refunded on four steps, counted backwards from the performance date.

When you cancelFee chargedOn a 165,000 won ≈$119 ticket
Up to 10 days before4,000 won ≈$2.89 flat4,000 won ≈$2.89
9 to 7 days before10% of face value16,500 won ≈$12
6 to 3 days before20% of face value33,000 won ≈$24
2 days before, up to the deadline30% of face value49,500 won ≈$36

Look at the first two rows. One day later costs you 12,500 won ≈$9.03 more on the same ticket. That single step is why returns bunch up: anyone who already knows they cannot go has a strong reason to press cancel before midnight on that day, not after.

There is also a rule that says cancelling within 7 days of booking is free. Note that it stops applying once the performance is close - inside the 10-day window the performance-date ladder takes priority. If the show is next week, you are on the ladder.

Worked example: Vaundy at Inspire Arena, 19-20 September 2026

The Japanese singer-songwriter Vaundy plays Inspire Arena in Incheon on 19 September 2026 at 17:00 and 20 September 2026 at 16:00. Running time is 120 minutes and the age limit is 7 and over. Every seat sold out the day booking opened, back in March 2026.

Count backwards from each date and the cliff nights fall here.

ShowLast day at the 4,000 won ≈$2.89 feeFrom the next day
Saturday 19 SeptemberWednesday 9 September10% applies
Sunday 20 SeptemberThursday 10 September10% applies

For example, if you want the Saturday show, the window worth watching is the night of 9 September into the early hours of 10 September. For the Sunday show it shifts one day later. The next step down, to 20%, lands on 13 September for Saturday and 14 September for Sunday.

The same fee table appeared on every other NOL concert listing we opened, but confirm it on your own show's product page before you count. Take your performance date, subtract 10 calendar days in Korean time, and that is the last day before the fee rises to 10% - a fee boundary, not a confirmed release night.

What is not knowable, and please do not trust pages that pretend otherwise

Do not believe an exact clock time. NOL does not publish when returned inventory goes back on sale. It is not on the product page and it is not in the cancellation notice. Any English blog giving you a precise minute is not citing a source we could find.

Two more things we could not confirm, and we looked:

  • The precise cancellation deadline for this show. The product page only says the deadline appears inside your own booking details.
  • How many seats remain in any tier. Korean agents do not publish live inventory.

Three ways a sold-out Korean show gets seats back

  • Fee-driven cancellations. The dates above.
  • Ordinary schedule changes. These rise as the date approaches.
  • Tickets voided by the promoter. On 3 September 2026 Korean outlets reported that EXO's promoter force-refunded bookings it judged fraudulent and reopened those seats. Recovered seats go back through the same public screen everyone else uses.

Why buying a resale ticket is a worse idea than it was last month

Korea changed the rules on 28 August 2026. Revised versions of the Performances Act and the National Sports Promotion Act took effect, and the change is significant. Be careful here.

  • The ban no longer hinges on whether a bot or macro was used. Habitual or commercial resale above face value, and brokering it, is prohibited.
  • A penalty surcharge of up to 50 times the sale amount can be imposed.
  • Criminal penalties of up to 1 year of imprisonment or a fine of up to 10 million won also apply.

Note that the enforcement described in the reporting is aimed at sellers and brokers. Whether buyers face consequences is, as of this writing, still being debated rather than enacted, so we are not going to tell you that buying is itself an offence. What we will tell you is that the practical risk is high and rising.

And for this particular show the mechanics work against you anyway.

ConditionWhat the page saysWhy it matters for resale
Ticket formatMobile ticket onlyThere is no physical ticket to hand over
Delivery / pickupNeither is offeredNothing exists to exchange in person
Identity checkRequired before booking, valid 12 monthsThe booker and the person entering are linked

That combination is how people send money and receive nothing. If a listing is priced below face value, treat it as a warning rather than a bargain. Korea also runs an official report centre for ticket scalping, linked in the sources below.

Checklist before the cliff night

  • Confirm your show date, then subtract 10 days. That evening is your first window.
  • Create your NOL account and finish identity verification in advance. Verification is not something to attempt while a seat is sitting in someone else's basket.
  • Confirm which payment methods your show's booking route accepts for overseas buyers, and save one that works, before the cliff night.
  • Decide your acceptable tier beforehand. On a 165,000 won ≈$119 standing and R tier, or 154,000 won ≈$111 for S, you do not want to be comparing prices at 23:58.
  • Watch the 20% step too, not only the first one.

Korean words on the NOL cancel screen

  • 예매확인 (yemae-hwagin) - check booking. This is the menu you open first.
  • 취소 (chwiso) - cancel.
  • 취소수수료 (chwiso-susuryo) - cancellation fee. The number in the table above.
  • 관람일 (gwallam-il) - performance date. Every deadline counts backwards from this.
  • 취소표 (chwiso-pyo) - returned ticket. The word Korean fans use for what you are hunting.

Questions people ask

When are cancelled tickets released on Interpark or NOL Ticket?

There is no announced time. What is fixed is the fee schedule: sellers have a reason to cancel before each increase, starting 10 days before the performance date. We have no data showing how many seats actually return on those nights.

Does NOL Ticket refund the full price if I cancel my Korean concert ticket?

Only within 7 days of booking, and only while the show is still more than 9 days away. Otherwise the fee is 4,000 won ≈$2.89 up to 10 days before, then 10%, 20% and 30% of face value. The booking fee itself and refund timing are not something we could verify here, so read the charge shown inside your own booking.

Is NOL Ticket the same company as Interpark Ticket in Korea?

Yes. Interpark Ticket is now branded NOL, and the official cancellation notice is still served from the interpark.com domain.

Can a foreigner buy a returned ticket for a Korean concert?

Returned seats go back through the same public screen. Which booking route, identity documents and payment cards work for overseas buyers of this particular show is not something we verified here - our guide to buying K-pop tickets as a foreigner covers the general routes. Whatever route you use, finish verification before the cliff night.

Is buying a resale K-pop ticket in Korea legal in 2026?

Reselling above face value habitually or commercially was banned from 28 August 2026, with penalties of up to 50 times the sale amount. Buyer-side penalties are still under discussion rather than in force.

What time does the Vaundy concert at Inspire Arena start, and is any ticket left?

17:00 on Saturday 19 September 2026 and 16:00 on Sunday 20 September 2026, running 120 minutes. General sale is gone, so a returned ticket is the only route.

How this page was made

The fee ladder, seat prices, running time, age limit, mobile-ticket rule and identity-verification rule were read from the official NOL product page and the official cancellation notice on 2026-09-08. The calendar dates were calculated from those rules, not taken from another blog. The law change is reported consistently by several Korean outlets citing the culture ministry. Nothing here is a personal account, as listed above - we have not attended this show, and we do not resell tickets.

Dollar figures are approximate, converted at about 1,385 won to the US dollar (2026-08-27). Rates move — treat them as a rough guide.
